When I asked Jas Hilsdon who he wrote this song for, he said:

"Everyone. It was conceived as a pretty piano piece. When I resolved to put lyric to it, this is what came out."

What came out is one of my favorite songs. It touches on the profound power we all have as human beings to create love in our relationships if we can remain open to the spirit's leading.

BRAVO, JAS!

Here are the LYRICS:

THERE IS A PLACE INSIDE

WHERE THEIR LOVE IS NOT DENIED

AND COULD BE SATISFIED

     FOR THE OPENING

AND ALL THE TIME THEY WENT

CLOSING UP AND HOLDING IN

WAS TIME THEY COULD HAVE BEEN

     ALWAYS OPENING

AND IN THE END THEY LEARN

THAT IT WAS ALWAYS THE BEGINNING___

AND MAYBE THEN THEY'LL SEE

LOVE IS THEIR DESTINY

AND THEY WERE MEANT TO BE

     ALWAYS OPENING___

(Interlude)

       WE TANGLE AND WE TURN

AND IN THE END WE LEARN

THAT IT WAS ALWAYS THE BEGINNING___

AND MAYBE THEN WE'LL SEE

LOVE IS OUR DESTINY

AND WE WERE MEANT TO BE

     ALWAYS OPENING___

AND WE WERE MEANT TO BE

     AL-___WAYS___ OPEN-___ING___
